Al-Hashemi Company for Buying and Selling Currencies in the Local Market confirms that it ceased all exchange and financial activities a long time ago and has not conducted any business, transactions, or market activities since that time.

As part of the formal wind-down and closure process, the company’s license was officially cancelled on 20 February 2025.

Since cessation, the company has had no bank accounts, no financial facilities, no representatives, no agents, and no branches whatsoever, and has issued no communications, documents, or transactions of any kind.

Any use of the company’s name or purported authority after cessation is unauthorized and unlawful, and the company reserves all rights to take legal action.

This website is maintained temporarily and solely for legal notice purposes and will remain available until 01 January 2026 to allow submission of any legitimate claims strictly arising from activities prior to cessation, which must be submitted in writing via the company’s legal counsel only.

After that date, the website will be permanently shut down, and the company will have no online presence, operations, representation, or continuing liabilities under Kuwaiti law.

تفيد شركة الهاشمي لبيع وشراء العملات بالسوق المحلي بأنها قد أوقفت جميع أنشطة الصرافة والأنشطة المالية منذ فترة طويلة، ولم تمارس أي أعمال أو تعاملات أو نشاط في السوق منذ ذلك الحين.

وفي إطار إجراءات التصفية النظامية وإنهاء الأعمال، تم إلغاء الترخيص الخاص بالشركة رسميًا بتاريخ 20 فبراير 2025م.

ومنذ تاريخ الإيقاف، لم يكن للشركة أي حسابات بنكية، أو تسهيلات مالية، أو ممثلين، أو وكلاء، أو فروع من أي نوع، ولم يصدر عنها أي مراسلات أو مستندات أو معاملات أو أي شكل من أشكال الاتصال.

ويُعد أي استخدام لاسم الشركة أو الادعاء بتمثيلها بعد ذلك استخدامًا غير مصرح به ومخالفًا للقانون، وتحتفظ الشركة بكافة حقوقها النظامية لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

ويُحتفظ بهذا الموقع الإلكتروني بصفة مؤقتة وحصرًا لأغراض الإشعار القانوني، وسيظل متاحًا حتى 1 يناير 2026 فقط لتقديم أي مطالبات قانونية مشروعة تتعلق بأنشطة سابقة لتاريخ الإيقاف من خلال المستشار القانوني للشركة فقط.

وبعد هذا التاريخ، سيتم إغلاق الموقع الإلكتروني نهائيًا، ولن يكون للشركة أي وجود إلكتروني أو نشاط أو تمثيل أو التزامات مستمرة وفقًا لأحكام القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.
